Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or report as damaged.
Submit Quality Documentation
Upload clear photos of the printing error or shipping damage to help our quality assurance team verify the issue quickly.
Print Your Return Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and attach it to the original packaging.
Receive Refund or Reprint
After we receive and inspect your item, we will either issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a corrected reprint at no extra cost.
